## About Startale

Startale Group is an onchain finance company, founded and led by Sota Watanabe and headquartered in Singapore with its origins and a major team in Japan. We raised approximately JPY 10 billion in a Series A backed by Sony and SBI, and we build the stack end to end: chains, stablecoins, payments and the applications on top. The team works across Tokyo, Singapore and New York, in English, with members in around 20 countries.

- Where we hire: Tokyo, Singapore and New York, plus fully remote members in other locations depending on the role.
- Working style: hybrid for people based in Tokyo, Singapore and New York, typically three days a week in the office. Flexible hours, no rigid start time.
- Working language: English. Some roles serving the Japanese market also require native-level Japanese, which is stated in the posting.
