Startale Launches Japan Edition of Its Startale App, a Digital Asset SuperApp

Startale App Japan Edition is optimised for users in Japan, offering a localized experience for managing digital assets across Ethereum and Soneium, including a welcome campaign launching on 25 June 2026.

Startale Group today announced the launch of Startale App Japan Edition, a localised digital asset wallet built specifically for Japanese users and supporting asset management across both Ethereum and Soneium networks.

The Japan Edition has been built specifically for the needs of Japanese users which provides yen-denominated portfolio views, with a roadmap that includes Japan-exclusive financial products, yield opportunities and future integration with yen stablecoins like JPYSC, a yen-pegged stablecoin co-developed by Startale Group and SBI Holdings.

Together, these features are designed to create a more localized financial onchain experience that reflects how people in Japan manage and think about their money, rather than requiring them to adapt to the conventions of global crypto platforms.

What Is Startale App?

Startale App is an all-in-one SuperApp for digital assets and engagement. At its core is a self-custodial Account Abstraction wallet, which allows users to hold and manage assets without relying on a centralised exchange. The app is designed to be accessible to users who are new to digital assets, while offering the depth and functionality that more experienced users expect.
