Campaign Terms:

• Only USDC sent to the deposit address shown under Deposit > Bridge to Soneium > ‘Transfer crypto’ qualifies for Promotion 1, whether it comes from an external wallet or an exchange. Transfers sent directly to your Startale App wallet address on Soneium or Ethereum, bridges landing on a separate EOA and USDC already on Soneium will not qualify and cannot be credited retroactively.
• For Promotions 2 and 3, only deposits made from October 22, 2026 count. USDSC or WETH already in the vault before then doesn't count.
• For Promotions 2 and 3, keep at least the minimum amount (25 USDSC or 0.01 WETH) in the vault for 14 consecutive days after you deposit. If your balance drops below the minimum at any point during those 14 days, no STAR Points are awarded.
• Promotions 2 and 3 close on November 25, 2026, at 11:00 (UTC+0). Holding periods that end after this date are still credited.
• Promotion 3 is available on the Global edition only. Deposits must be made from your Startale Smart Wallet; deposits from an EOA do not count.
• Users have the discretion to complete one or more Promotions under the campaign.
• STAR Points are Startale App in-app points that cannot be redeemed or exchanged with Startale for money or money's worth.
• All eligible transactions must be confirmed onchain.
• Each Promotion under the campaign can only be carried out once per Startale App user.

• This Activity is organised by Startale Labs (BVI) Ltd ("Startale").
• By participating in the Startale App Campaign ("Activity"), each user confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Campaign Terms, the Startale App Terms of Use, and all amendments, additions, replacements and variations as may be made from time to time (together, the "Activity Terms").

• Startale reserves the right to disqualify a user's reward eligibility if the Startale App Account is involved in any dishonest behavior (e.g., wash trading, illegally bulk account registrations/logins, self-dealing, sybil attacks, exploiting system loopholes, bot-driven or market manipulation) or the user is in breach, or suspected to be in breach, of the Activity Terms.
• Startale reserves the right at any time, in its sole and absolute discretion, to determine and/or amend or vary the Activity Terms without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating or suspending this Activity, its eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and number of winners, and the timing of any act to be done, and all users shall be bound by these amendments.
